PMS & PMDD

PMS and other 'ailments' can affect our daughters' behavior. When we are wondering what happened to that darling young thing over night, maybe this is a possibility. PMS and PMDD symptoms can show up as early as 3 years prior to the first period. My book includes a great charting experience for both mother and daughter to learn how to function better during these monthly experiences.
